There are various cheapest health insurance for families of both middle and high classes. They usually depend on one’s choice and his income. There are also some vey expensive but flexible policies for high class families like indemnity plan. Under this plan one can use the hospital and doctor of his own choice if he wishes to get a medical care. The doctor directly sends the bill to the health insurance company who pays most of it. Generally the company pays 80% and the patient pays 20% of the bill under this plan.

· HMOs: health maintenance organizations provide the cheapest insurance plans for the families. Under this plan the person is assigned to a group of doctors and hospital for any sought of medical aid. One usually pays monthly charges to these health organizations and nominal charges to the doctor.

· PPOs: preferred provider organizations are very much similar to the HMOs but the difference is that they are quite expensive. They allows person to seek a non network doctor for an additional amount of fee. They charge for every single service that they provide.

· POSs: point of service plans, it is a combination of both health maintenance organizations and preferred provider organizations. Their cost is slightly more than the above two plans. Person under this policy can go to the doctors under network or he can also avail the facility of the doctors who is not covered in the network, with an additional amount of fee.
